Begin the process of returning peoples rightful property back to them, compensating in particular the Kurds and Christians. Begin to set up a Democratic government for them and enforce it until they grow into it and can defend it. Perhaps with a majority Kurdish/Christian majority since it seems they are the only ones that harbor any humanity. We set up large military bases indefinitely until it is safe to leave like we have done before.  It's how it should have been done the first time. If we don't control the evil there one day we will have to confront the evil here..... and around the world.
